As someone who likes to travel with family, I found this hotel to be a great choice. It was easy to park my car for free, which was a big plus. The location was perfect for shopping, with a large shopping complex right across the street. The hotel lobby was huge and had a lot of facilities to keep us entertained, such as ping pong tables and segregated public bath areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location, staff, lobby, restaurants, free parking were all great. The room was large and comfortable. The French restaurant and lunch buffet were enjoyable. The hotel had a lot of facilities and activities for families.

The staff was friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Room upgrades were available which was a plus. Location is quaint and peaceful.

The rooms were tiny and cramped, even after an upgrade. There was no entertainment nearby, meaning guests would have to go into the city for any fun activities or nightlife.

the location was perfect, with a big mall nearby and amazing sights around. We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. the breakfast buffet was a treat with a wide variety of delicious options. We enjoyed the on-site facilities, such as pingpong and segregated public baths. the staff was friendly, hospitable, and made us feel at home.

The beds were slightly softer than we prefer.

Great Easter Experience Spent Easter at a hotel in Kitakyushu, and it was wonderful. Some of the best aspects were the delicious food and friendly staff. the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions and activities to keep me entertained. Plus, the hotel had a lovely pool that was perfect for relaxing in the sun.

Soft Beds Unfortunately, the beds were a bit too soft for my liking, and I had trouble sleeping comfortably. some of the facilities could use a bit of updating, but overall, the experience was enjoyable.
